For example, if you have an \"unfavorable claims history.\" Specifically, this means that you have caused several accidents in recent years in which you were at fault. This page provides more information on the next steps.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>What is the \"RSR list\"?<\/h2>\n<p>The \"RSR list\" is a file containing hard-to-insure individuals. Insurers will consult the list when applying for insurance. If the applicant is blacklisted on the RSR list, he will generally receive a negative response from the insurer. The applicant will not be insured because of his or her past. <a href=\"https:\/\/rsrlijst.be\/en\/contact\/\">With us<\/a> you can still find insurance.<\/p>\n<h2>Why am I blacklisted?<\/h2>\n<p>There are several reasons to get blacklisted the \"RSR list\":<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Because you failed to pay an insurance bill or deductible, despite reminders sent to you. This record remains stored in the system for three years.<\/li>\n<li>Because you caused multiple claims or you suffered multiple damages yourself. This record will remain in the system for five years.<\/li>\n<li>Because you made a false statement when taking out an insurance policy or following a claim. Registrations motivated by \"aggravated risk\" (proven fraud) remain in the system for 10 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It does not matter by what reason you have been Blacklisted.
